Free Ground Shipping:
UPS Ground shipping is free in all orders to the continental 48 United States and shipping time is dependant on product availability. UPS Ground shipping is available to the 48 Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO orders cannot be shipped ground.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping:
Overnight and 2-day shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
APO, FPO, PO Box Shipping:
APO/FPO orders are available at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing your order. Sorry, at the present time we do not ship to PO Box addresses in the Continental 48 States.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands Shipping:
All orders not being shipped to the Continental 48 United States are shipped using Airborne/DHL only. Expected delivery time is dependent on product availability. Additional charges apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Canada and All International Shipping:
All orders being shipped internationally are shipped using Airborne/DHL only. Expected delivery time is dependent on product availability. Additional charges apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Truck Freight:
Truck freight applies to any oversize item that cannot be shipped via Fed Ex. In the event that your item is deemed oversized, we will contact you via e-mail with an approximate shipping estimate.
Return Procedure:
To return a core or part(s), please Contact Us. We need your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. NOTE:Returns can only be made if you were sent the wrong product or the product is defective. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name ordered with. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.
Return Policy:
Returns can only be made if you were sent the wrong product or the product is defective. If you were sent the wrong product or the product is defective, you must notify TrickedOutDoorZ immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing goods due to shipping error, must be dealt with immediately through the shipping company. We require the customer to fully inspect the product prior to signing for or accepting the package. If you were sent the wrong product or that the product is defective, you must notify TrickedOutDoorZ immediately and return the product in its original condition to us within 15 business days of placing your order. No returns will be accepted after 15 business days regardless of reason. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. Any warranties or guarantees are offered by the manufacturer and shall be dealt with directly through the manufacturer. TrickedOutDoorZ is not associated with, and cannot be held responsible for, any warranties or guarantees offered by the manufacturers.
Please Note: Special-order Products are not returnable for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.
All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
Refunds:
Please see our Return Policy above. Refunds for returns or cores normally take 30 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the core or part is received we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the returns department at Sales@trickedoutdoorz.com, for the fastest response.
